In order to ensure your information security the entire process of mail pieces personalization, inserting, franking and dispatching to the post is realized in a protected segment - Certificate of conformance to the regulation requirements on data security, protection class “1G” (protection class “1G” is assigned to an information system within which it’s allowed to process any confidential information except state secret).

We store and process your DB only in the protected segment observing a special access mode.

• We use technical tools to protect data: licensed data encryption software (SecretNet, CriptoPro), access control systems, fire walls, watching cameras in work areas, etc.
• We follow regulated and proved procedures for the complete workflow of confidential information.
• We provide with Back-Up function.
• We offer a possibility for the customer to control technology.

We process personal data in conformity with the Personal Information Protection Act.

We’ve got a certificate from Federal Service for Technical and Export Control to develop and produce security tools as well as to protect confidential information.
